Substance Use Disorder & Recovery Services

Overview of Services

Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services (SUDRS) provides a full range of substance use disorder treatment services for San Bernardino County communities and residents. Services are available to all County residents regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability including chronic illness or HIV.

Priority admission to Substance Use Disorder Treatment is given to:

  • Pregnant women who inject drugs
  • Other pregnant women who need treatment
  • Others who inject drugs
  • Others who need treatment

The cost of treatment is based on a sliding scale fee. Medi-Cal and other public assistance funding may pay for some of the treatment. Providers accept referrals from AB109, CalWORKs, Children and Family Services, Drug Court, the Screening Assessment and Referral Center (SARC), and from other providers in the Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services network. If you do not have a referral and do not have Medi-Cal, please contact us anyway so we can assist you.

Questions and concerns about any SUDRS program can be directed to 909-386-9740 or Toll Free 1-800-968-2636. To learn more about the administration of the Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services division, please visit the SUDRS Administration webpage.
