Alcohol & Drug Services Administration

The DBH Alcohol and Drug Services Administration is responsible for managing a full range of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) prevention, treatment services and education programs for communities and residents of San Bernardino County. These services are provided through county-operated clinics and contracts with community based organizations with the goal of promoting prevention, intervention, recovery and resiliency for individuals and families.

The Alcohol and Drug Services (ADS) Administration is also responsible for monitoring all County funded alcohol and drug contract providers and county-operated clinics for compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. ADS also certifies and monitors all providers of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Deferred Entry of Judgment (DEJ/PC1000) programs within the county.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is closed on weekends and nationally observed holidays.
