Substance Use Disorder & Recovery Services Administration

The DBH Substance User Disorder & Recovery Services Administration is responsible for managing a full range of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) prevention, treatment services and education programs for communities and residents of San Bernardino County. These services are provided through county-operated clinics and contracts with community based organizations with the goal of promoting prevention, intervention, recovery and resiliency for individuals and families.

The Substance User Disorder & Recovery Services (SUDRS) Administration is also responsible for monitoring all County funded alcohol and drug contract providers and county-operated clinics for compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. SUDRS also certifies and monitors all providers of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Deferred Entry of Judgment (DEJ/PC1000) programs within the county.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is closed on weekends and nationally observed holidays.
