Adults – Perinatal Services

Perinatal services provide intensive outpatient treatment to pregnant women, postpartum and/or mothers with children up to the age of 10 years old and mothers in active reunification with Children and Family Services. Topics are gender-specific and address relationships, physical and sexual abuse and parenting. Treatment is from 4 to 6 months. During treatment individuals participate in individual and group counseling services for up to 3 hours a day, 3 days per week.

Perinatal services also include:

  • Case management to ensure women and their children have access to primary medical care and other needed services.
  • Transportation to and from treatment and additional services are provided.
  • Child care services are provided on site and at off-site licensed facilities.

Not sure if you need perinatal services? Contact the Screening Assessment and Referral Center to help you find the treatment that is right for you.
