Crisis Stabilization Continuum of Care
The Crisis Stabilization Continuum of Care (CSCC) oversees the delivery of behavioral health services by contracted providers to individuals in the community with the goal of managing the offering of these services in the least restrictive and minimum intrusive manner for the consumer to achieve stabilization and recovery after experiencing a mental health crisis. Additionally, this program partners closely with Arrowhead Regional Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Unit and with Fee For Services Hospitals’ treatment teams for transitioning planning for individuals who require safe and supportive settings, along with immediate access and linkage to resources for continued stabilization.
