DESCRIPTION:QPR (Question\, Persuade\, Refer) Training is an evidence‑based suicide prevention program that teaches community members how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and respond effectively. Participants learn three simple\, life‑saving steps:\n• how to ask someone if they are considering suicide\n• how to offer hope through supportive communication\n• how to connect them with appropriate help \nThis interactive training helps staff build confidence\, develop practical intervention skills\, and better understand local behavioral health resources. QPR is designed for anyone—no clinical background required—and empowers participants to play an active role in supporting the safety and well‑being of individuals in our community. \nFour in‑person\, English sessions are available.
