View the BHC officers as we continue to provide behavioral health services to county residents, DBH and the San Bernardino County Behavioral Health Commission (BHC) are proud to announce the Behavioral Health Commission Officers for 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chair \u2013 Dr. Monica Caffey, Fourth District<\/li><li>Vice Chair \u2013 Gil Navarro, Fifth District<\/li><li>Secretary \u2013 Jennifer Spence-Carpenter, Fourth District<\/li><li>Treasurer \u2013 Lorrie Denson, First District<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The BHC works to champion a progressive system of seamless, accessible, and effective services that advance prevention, intervention, recovery, and resiliency for individuals, families, and communities. This system includes DBH, contract agencies, private providers, community and faith-based organizations, consumer support and education groups, and other health organizations in an integrated matrix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, there are vacancies in the First District and Third District.
