Participants learn three simple, life\u2011saving steps: how to <strong>ask<\/strong> someone if they are considering suicide, how to <strong>offer hope<\/strong> through supportive communication, and how to <strong>connect<\/strong> them with appropriate help.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>This interactive training helps staff build confidence, develop practical intervention skills, and better understand local behavioral health resources.
