Participants learn three simple, life\u2011saving steps:<br \/>\n\u2022 how to ask someone if they are considering suicide<br \/>\n\u2022 how to offer hope through supportive communication<br \/>\n\u2022 how to connect them with appropriate help<\/p>\n<p>This interactive training helps staff build confidence, develop practical intervention skills, and better understand local behavioral health resources. QPR is designed for anyone\u2014no clinical background required\u2014and empowers participants to play an active role in supporting the safety and well\u2011being of individuals in our community.<\/p>\n<p>Four in\u2011person dates are available.
