Participants learn three simple, life\u2011saving steps:<br \/>\n\u2022 how to ask someone if they are considering suicide<br \/>\n\u2022 how to offer hope through supportive communication<br \/>\n\u2022 how to connect them with appropriate help<\/p>\n<p>This interactive training helps staff build confidence, develop practical intervention skills, and better understand local behavioral health resources.
