Income and Expense Declaration

  • Child support is determined using guidelines established by California law and based on many factors, including the parent’s ability to financially provide for their child(ren). The law requires each parent to complete an Income and Expense Declaration and provide proof of the amount of income received. Court will consider income from all sources. Income can be money, property or services.
