On Saturday, April 8, 2018, at approximately 10:55 pm, Deputy A. Lopez contacted Timothy Mccann near Pascal Ave. and De Berry Street in Grand Terrace, he appeared to be nodding off in the driver’s seat, and his car was on. When Mccann got out of his car, the deputy noticed signs that he was under the influence of a narcotic. Lopez searched Mccann and found a concealed fixed blade knife and powdery white substance. The substance was Vicodin that was processed to extract and separate the opioids(narcotic) from the binder products of the tablet. Mccann also had two baggies with approximately 4 grams each of the processed narcotic, another bag containing 1.5 grams, an additional glass vial containing about a gram, and additional items used in the sales and processing of narcotics. Mccann was booked at the Central Detention Center.
