On Friday, August 10, 2018 at 2:15 a.m., Deputy Ziemer observed a brown 1998 Infiniti sedan without license plates in violation of California Vehicle Code section 5200. He stopped the vehicle and the driver provided a name that couldn’t be found in the DMV database. A thumbprint was taken and the driver was identified as James Tanner.
