INCIDENT: PC 459- Residential Burglary, VC 2800.2(a)- Felony Evading, PC

LOCATION: 15600 block of Tall Oak Drive, Chino Hills

SUSPECT(S): Cassidy Poston, 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles
Oscar Rivas, 20-year-old resident of Los Angeles
Brandon Buchanan, 23-year-old resident of Los Angeles

SUMMARY: On Friday, January 18, 2019, at about 10:24 A.M, deputies from the Chino Hills Station and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Major Crimes Division, Burglary Robbery Task Force, learned of a residential burglary in progress in the 15600 block of Tall Oak Drive in the city of Chino Hills. The agencies worked together and located the suspect vehicle near Peyton Drive and Valle Vista Drive where Chino Hills deputies attempted a traffic stop. The driver failed to yield and led deputies on a vehicle pursuit which entered the 60 Freeway. The driver committed multiple vehicle code violations during the pursuit and eventually exited the freeway at Peck Road. The suspect vehicle collided with a box truck and all three suspects were arrested without further incident. Deputies recovered the property that was stolen from the burglary.
