SUMMARY:Civilian Supervisory Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is POST certified and is taught in a facilitated Modular format of Two 8-hour days per month over a 5-month time frame. This extended format encourages networking and helps to develop leadership skills and team building in supervisors.\n  \n\n\n\nMajor topics include: Ethics Leadership\, Counseling and Communication\, Liability\, Legal issues\, Personnel management\, Laws and Standards. Role- playing exercises.  \n\n\n\nCourse Description:\n  \n80-hour Interactive course designed for the new non-sworn supervisor in a Law Enforcement agency. \n  \n\n\n\nSergeants may not take this course as a substitute for the mandatory 80-hr post supervisory course. \n  \n“CLICK FOR FLYER”
