Students learn persuasion to employ reason & articulation with Veteran’s in crisis\, students learn Veteran disabilities like PTSD\, TBI\, MST etc. Students learn during scenario training how to communicate effectively with team members during a critical Incident by focusing on team dynamics to successfully resolve a crisis involving a Veteran.
