DESCRIPTION:Course Description:\nDesigned for Line Staff – To prevent situations that require a duty to\nintercede\, holding each other accountable with respect and trust is essential. Trust and respect are necessary to have a difficult conversation with a peer\, or as a supervisor\, having a conversation with a subordinate over what might be a seemingly small issue. These smaller issues\, if left unchecked\, could lead to patterns of poor decisions\, behavior\, or choices. Accountability and respect for each other are paramount to the success of being able to put ego and pride aside to trust and help each other. This will foster better\ncommunication and hopefully lead to a reduction in the number of situations where a duty to intercede is required.
