INCIDENT:        Attempt Murder

LOCATION:       55400 Block of Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley

SUSPECT(S):    Two black male adults and one White male adult

VICTIM(S):        43-years-old, male resident of Yucca Valley

53-year-old, male resident of Yucca Valley

31-year-old, female resident of Yucca Valley

 

SUMMARY: On Friday, August 31, 2018, at approximately 11:52 p.m., two black male adults and one white male adult suspects drove to the Park & Ride parking lot on Twentynine Palms Hwy and Kickapoo Trail, Yucca Valley where the victims were located. The suspects were driving an older model silver or gray four-door sedan. The suspects stopped their vehicle in front of the victims, and the suspects exited their car. One of the suspects was armed with a firearm. The suspects began physically attacking the victims. During the assault, at least one of the suspects fired several rounds at the victims, but the gunfire did not hit the victims. Two of the victims suffered minor injuries during the physical attack. The suspects fled the scene in the vehicle and deputies were unable to locate them. The investigation is ongoing.
