INCIDENT: PC211- Strong Arm Robbery

LOCATION: CVS Pharmacy – 20180 State 18 Hwy

SUSPECT(S): Devontay McBee, 25 years old

VICTIM(S): Confidential


On November 29, 2016 at approximately 11:20 am, the victim parked his delivery van in the parking lot of the CVS pharmacy located at 20180 State Hwy 18. As the victim loaded his dolly to bring a delivery inside the business, an unknown suspect approached him. The suspect pushed the van door into him, causing him to fall inside the van. The suspect took the dolly and began loading the items into his vehicle. The victim tried to stop the suspect, but backed away after the suspect reached at his waistband and said he would shoot him. The suspect fled in a blue 1998 Ford Expedition. The victim was unharmed during the altercation.
On Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at approximately 9:30 am, Deputy Castodio served a search warrant in the 15000 block of Broken Bow Road. Deputy Castodio was able to recover the stolen property inside the house and the suspect, Devontay McBee was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
