Incident: Felon in Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Felon in Possession of a Stolen Loaded Handgun with Methamphetamine
Location: Highland Avenue/ State Street, Muscoy
Suspect: Todd Ayala, 40 year old resident of Rubidoux
Summary
Sheriff’s Central Station deputies contacted 40 year old Rubidoux resident, Todd Ayala, in a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was reported stolen in a carjacking. Ayala was also found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and approximately 30 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Further investigation identified the handgun as being stolen out of Union City. During the course of the investigation, an illegal marijuana dispensary was located. The investigation involving the illegal marijuana dispensary is being handled by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Narcotic Division. Ayala was booked into Central Detention Center.
