LAX Police located Richard Loya early this morning. Richard was confused and tired, but uninjured.

Hispanic male – Grey hair/Blue Eyes/5’9″/195 lbs.
Wears glasses and last seen wearing Blue or grey shirt and Jeans
Vehicle information:
2007 Hyundai Sonata, Silver in color, CA license 5YHX052

Richard Loya suffers from the early stages of Dementia.
Richard left his home this afternoon at 3:50 p.m. stating he was going to Sam’s Club to get gas in his vehicle and did not return home. Deputies were contacted by family at 5:42 p.m. and began a search of the area. Deputies found that he did not get gas at Sam’s Club and his whereabouts are unknown.
