INCIDENT: TWO INDEPENDENT SINGLE VEHICLE ROLL OVER COLLISIONS

Summary
On Thursday, January 21, 2016 at approximately 11:47 p.m., Deputies of the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle roll over in the 9000 block of Ninth Ave., in Hesperia. The vehicle was reportedly smoking with a victim trapped inside.Persons in the area came to the driver’s rescue and freed her from the vehicle before emergency personnel arrived on scene.Through investigation, it was learned the driver veered off the roadway, struck a fence pillar flipping the 2012 Kia sedan and pinning her leg.The 31 year-old female victim was transported by air to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment of suspected major injuries.
A few hours later, on Friday, January 22, 2016 at approximately 2:58 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle roll over in the area of Mariposa Rd. and Eucalyptus St., Hesperia.Deputies arrived to find the victim’s vehicle went off the roadway at a turn and flipped over pinning her inside the vehicle. Fire personnel freed the 39 year-old driver from the 2012 Toyota Corolla and she was transported by air to Loma Linda Hospital for suspected minor injuries and precautionary measures.
Hesperia Sheriff’s Station would like to remind driver’s to drive carefully, obey speed and traffic laws. Please also watch out for others sharing the roadway, such as bicycles and pedestrian crossings.
