INCIDENT: CVC 20002 – Hit and Run
LOCATION: Baseline Street/ Sterling Avenue
SUSPECT(S): Black/White/Or Brown KIA sedan
On December 2, 2016, at approximately 3:50 pm, deputies from the Highland Station responded to a four vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Baseline Street and Sterling Avenue.
Deputies learned that a KIA sedan was traveling eastbound on Baseline Street through the intersection. The KIA sideswiped another white vehicle traveling eastbound alongside it. The white vehicle lost control and collided with three more vehicles traveling northbound on Sterling Avenue.
The KIA was described by witnesses as either being white, black, or brown. The KIA should have minor damage with white paint transfer to the passenger’s side. The KIA was last seen traveling south on Sterling Avenue.
