INCIDENT: Missing Person **LOCATED**

LOCATION: 7400 block of Dunkirk Ave., Highland

VICTIM: Michael Kerr, 67 years old, Highland



CHP received several calls of an elderly male wandering on Hwy. 330 north of Highland Ave. They responded and found Mr. Kerr on the shoulder of the highway. Mr. Kerr is uninjured and has been reunited with his family.

On November 23, 2016 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the family of Michael John Kerr reported him as a missing person. Kerr was last seen walking away from his residence in the 7400 block of Dunkirk Avenue, in the City of Highland. Family members advised he left the residence about 9:30 a.m. wearing a grey long sleeved t-shirt, blue jeans and grey shoes. Kerr is described as a white male, 5’8″, 165 lbs., mustache, bald head on top and short blonde/grey hair on the sides. He is carrying a wallet which contains no money or credit cards. Kerr was clinically diagnosed with dementia three years ago.

The attached picture is the most recent photo of Kerr and was taken during summer of 2016.
