LOCATION: 8400 Block of Amador Ave, Yucca Valley

  

SUSPECT(S): Cheryl Dvoracek, 27 year old female resident of Yucca Valley

Eduardo Villegas, 40 year old resident of Yucca Valley.

Summary

Cheryl Dvoracek was being sought for questioning by deputies related to a Hit and Run collision in Yucca Valley on February 28, 2016 in which a pedestrian was struck and sustained fatal injuries. The vehicle involved fled the scene and was later located near the scene abandoned. Information was developed during the investigation that led deputies to want to question Dvorecak about her possible involvement. Dvoracek could not be located at the time for questioning.

  

On March 31, 2016, Dvoracek was located by deputies at a residence on Amador Ave in Yucca Valley and detained for outstanding warrants. Eduardo Villegas was also contacted at the residence and arrested for Accessory to Hit and Run and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Dvoracek was questioned and later booked at the Morongo Basin Jail.

  

After being booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, both Villegas and Dvoracek were found to be concealing narcotics on their person. Both were additionally charged with Willfully Bringing Narcotics into a Jail Facility.

  

Both Villegas and Dvoracek are being held in lieu of $250,000 bail each.
