INCIDENT:P.C. 449- Residential Burglary 51800 Block Ocotillo Rd., Johnson Valley C.V.C. 10851- Grand Theft Auto 55100 Block Airlane Drive, Yucca Valley SUSPECT(S): Unknown White Female Adult with blond hair, weighing approximately 180lbs Unknown White Female Adult with brunette hair, weighing approximately 180lbs 2 Unknown White or Hispanic Males


On December 12, 2016, at approximately 6:48 a.m., Morongo Basin Station Deputies responded to a call of suspicious circumstances in the area of Joshua Tree Rd and Old Woman Springs. Once on scene, Deputies located a silver Nissan Pathfinder which was stolen from the 55100 Block of Airline Drive in Yucca Valley the previous night. The Nissan Pathfinder was abandoned on the road when the male suspects were confronted by a concerned citizen, who watched the suspects loading tools and an ATV into the stolen truck from a vacant residence.


The male suspects fled on foot but were seen getting into a silver Chevy sedan, driven by the two female suspects. The suspects left the area in an unknown direction. A total of approximately $1500 worth of tools and equipment were recovered in the bed of the Nissan Pathfinder and returned to the owner.   During the burglary investigation at 51800 Ocotillo Rd. It was discovered that the home was ransacked and a large safe containing approximately 18 firearms was also stolen.
