INCIDENT:Drug Possession and Drug Sales

LOCATION:The 8000 block of Tapia Via Street, Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECT(S): Roy Fernandez, age 23, Bradley Stojsich, age 20, both residents of Rancho Cucamonga


On February 2, 2016, Deputies Ruiz and Garnett, assigned to the Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, conducted an investigation regarding drug sales at a residence in the 8000 block of Tapia Via Street, Rancho Cucamonga.


Deputies Ruiz and Garnett received information confirming the drugs sales at the residence. A search warrant was obtained and executed the same day. Deputies located methamphetamine, heroin, digital scales and plastic baggies for narcotics packaging inside the residence. Roy Fernandez and Bradley Stojsich were detained for investigation. Deputies found Stojsich lived in a back house on the property where all the narcotic sales paraphernalia was found.


Fernandez was arrested for possession for a controlled substance and Stojsich was arrested for sale of illegal narcotics and maintaining a place where illegal narcotics are sold. Both were booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
