INCIDENT:RCPD and San Bernardino County Probation Contact 106 Probationers Throughout Rancho Cucamonga.

Summary

On Saturday, December 3, 2016, Rancho Cucamonga Police Department and San Bernardino County Probation Department collaborated for a multi-agency probation compliance sweep. Deputies and Probation Officers contacted 106 probationers throughout the city of Rancho Cucamonga. The home visits and personal contacts were to determine if the probationers were in compliance with their terms and conditions of their probation. 

Of those 106 probationers contacted, eight were arrested for miscellaneous violations and active warrants. Fifteen were found to be out of compliance which will result in future probation violations and bench warrants.

The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department will remain steadfast in holding those who commit crimes accountable for their actions while on probation. Deputies will continue to conduct regular and unannounced probationary visits to ensure probationers who reside in Rancho Cucamonga are in compliance with their terms and conditions of their probation.
