On July 7, 2016, at approximately 4:30 a.m., a deputy from the Central Sheriff’s Station responded to the Redlands Community Hospital regarding an alleged rape. The victim had been in the area of Foothill Blvd. and Meridian Ave. in the city of San Bernardino. A Hispanic male driving an older model white pick-up truck, stopped and started a conversation with the victim.
