INCIDENT: PC 496D(A) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle/PC 29800 Felon in Possession of a Handgun
LOCATION: Little 3rd Street and Pine Street, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Fernando Rodriguez (25) San Bernardino resident and Lonnene Vreede (32), Bloomington resident

Summary
On Saturday, April 16, 2016 at approximately 2:21 a.m., Deputy Burnette from the Sheriff’s Central Station conducted a vehicle check in the area of Little 3rd Street and Pine Street and contacted the occupants, Fernando Rodriguez and Lonnene Vreede.Deputy Burnette discovered the vehicle was reported stolen out of the city of Riverside.During a search of the vehicle, incident to arrest, a 22 cal. handgun was found underneath the passenger seat where Rodriguez was sitting.Rodriguez and Vreede are both convicted felons.Vreede also had a felony warrant for her arrest, out of Riverside County, for Vehicle Theft.Rodriguez and Vreede were arrested and booked into Central Detention Center for PC 496D(A) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and PC 29800(a)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
