INCIDENT:PC 664/459 Attempted Burglary

LOCATION:5500 Block of Baileya Ave., Twentynine Palms

SUSPECT: 16 year old male, Twentynine Palms resident

Summary

On Wednesday April 20, 2016 Deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 5500 block of Baileya Ave. in Twentynine Palms. The reporting party advised dispatch he observed a black male subject kicking the door at a residence. The reporting party advised dispatch the subject attempted to kick the door several times and was unsuccessful. The suspect fled the area on foot prior to deputies’ arrival. The Town of Yucca Valley Juvenile Officer Deputy S. Ables and City of Twentynine Palms Juvenile Officer B. Abell responded to the residence. During the investigation Deputies Ables and Abell gathered information which led to the identification and arrest of a 16 year old male for PC 664/459 Attempted Burglary.
