INCIDENT: Miscellaneous Incident/ Medical Aid

LOCATION: 6000 Ocotillo Ave, Twentynine Palms

VICTIM(S): Christopher Wyttenback, 24 years old


On Sunday, April 17, 2016, at approximately 1:55 a.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Station responded to a report of a male bleeding, from his right arm, in the 6000 block of Ocotillo Avenue, in Twentynine Palms. Upon arrival, deputies located Christopher Wyttenback, lying on his back, outside the incident location. Wyttenback was bleeding heavily from his right forearm and a tourniquet had been applied, to stop the bleeding.


During the investigation, deputies learned Wyttenback punched a window, during an altercation, causing the injuries to his forearm. Wyttenback was air lifted to Desert Regional Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
