INCIDENT: Juvenile Suspects Arrested for Theft of Motorcycles LOCATION: 5900 block of Aztec Avenue, Twentynine Palms SUSPECT(S): #1- 14-year-old male, resident of Twentynine Palms #2- 15-year-old male, resident of Twentynine Palms
Summary
On Friday, July 22, 2016, at approximately 1:00 a.m., deputies responded to a report of two stolen motorcycles, in the 5900 block of Aztec Avenue in the city of Twentynine Palms. Deputies located evidence at the scene, which led them to a desert area near Halsey Avenue and Two Mile Road in Twentynine Palms. The two stolen motorcycles were recovered in the desert. Deputies found two juveniles, 14 and 15 years old, who were responsible for the thefts of the motorcycles. The 15 year old was cite released to his parents, while the 14 year old was arrested and booked at San Bernardino Juvenile Hall for charges of vehicle theft and possession of stolen property.
