INCIDENT: Search Warrant LOCATION: 400 block Tetley Dr, Valley of Enchantment SUSPECT(S): Priscilla Murphy, Age: 33, Sean Harris, Age:28 VICTIM(S): Confidential 


On February 17 2016, deputies and detectives from the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station executed a search warrant in the 400 block of Tetley Drive, in the community of Valley of Enchantment. Deputies were led to the residence after contacting Sean Harris and Priscilla Murphy in a stolen vehicle in the 23000 block of Waters Drive. Harris had a loaded handgun in his waistband at the time deputies contacted him. The vehicle, Harris and Murphy were believed to be linked to several burglaries in the Twin Peaks Station’s jurisdiction.


During the search, deputies recovered several firearms, stolen check books, stolen passports and other items with some personal information on them. Several of the victims had not realized they were victims of theft due to different circumstances. One victim was out of town and was contacted about his belongings being in Harris and Murphy’s possession. He did not know his residence had been burglarized. Thanks to the joint effort of the Twin Peaks Station staff, the majority of victims have been identified and property was returned.    Murphy and Harris have been linked to over half a dozen residential and vehicle burglaries from Cedarpines Park to Big Bear. Both were taken into custody for burglary as well as weapons violations. They were transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked for PC 459, Burglary, PC 25850(2), Possession of a stolen firearm, and PC 496(a), Possession of stolen property.    Murphy and Harris are believed to be linked to burglaries all over the mountain communities and a few in the valley area.
