Summary
On Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 6:42 a.m. Chelsea Headrick struck another vehicle leaving a business at Sage Avenue and Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley. Headrick’s vehicle was stuck on the rear of the victim’s vehicle, so the victim helped Headrick free her vehicle and then attempted to exchange information with her.
