INCIDENT: Possession of Methamphetamine, 1.5 Million Dollars in Warrants LOCATION: Mt. Vernon Ave./Canal St. in the city of Grand Terrace. SUSPECT(S): Kyle Todd Jury, 25-year-old resident of Colton.


On Sunday, May 21, 2017, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Deputy Gile from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Grand Terrace Police, was flagged down by a concerned citizen in the area of Mt Vernon Ave and Canal Street. Deputy Gile was advised that a homeless person walking northbound on Mt. Vernon Ave. in the lanes of traffic, down to the city of Colton. Deputy Gile contacted Kyle Todd Jury, a 25-year-old resident of the city of Colton. Jury was carrying a sign stating “Homeless, Hungry, Broke, Anything Helps.” Jury was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, and had 1.5 million dollars in warrants for his arrest. During his interview, Jury admitted to panhandling, recycling, and stealing to support his $30 to $50 a day drug habit.
