INCIDENT:Investigators Arrest Paul Figueroa for an Additional Charge of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse With a Minor LOCATION:Rancho Cucamonga SUSPECT(S): Paul Figueroa 20-year-old male from Rancho Cucamonga  


On January 19, 2017, Deputy Wendy Page, who assists with all Children and Family Services investigations, received a call from the Ontario Police Department regarding a 16-year-old female juvenile who was sexually assaulted by Paul Figueroa. Figueroa was arrested on December 31, 2016, for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor (case 111615759). Deputy Page identified the16-year-old female was an additional victim sexually assaulted by Figueroa.


Upon the completion of the interview with the victim, investigators determined Figueroa sexually assaulted the victim several times. Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Figueroa, who was out on bail from the previous sexual assault arrest. On January 19, 2016, at approximately 2:00 pm, Figueroa was taken into custody without incident.   Figueroa was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for an additional charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and his bail was increased to $500,000.   Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department at (909) 477-2800.
