INCIDENT: PC496D(A) – Possession Of a Stolen Vehicle

LOCATION: 10400 block of Alta Loma Drive

SUSPECT: Horiana Marlene Cueva, 37-year-old resident of Montclair


On Monday, September 3, 2018, Deputy Coss Y Leon from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department was in the 10400 block of Alta Loma Drive, when he located a stolen vehicle at the 7-11 gas pumps. The vehicle, a 2007 Kia Spectra, was reported stolen to the Montclair Police Department.

Deputies contacted the driver at the gas pump, Horiana Cueva, and an unrelated occupant of the vehicle. When deputies searched the vehicle, they found Heroin, syringes, numerous credit cards, and stolen mail. Horiana was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
