INCIDENT: Burglary
Possession of Stolen Property

LOCATION: 9400 block of Feron Boulevard, Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECT: Robert Gracia Walton, 34-years-old from Ontario
Javier James Ronquillo, 29-years-old from Ontario


On May 9, 2018, at 3:09 a.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to a burglary at Rancho Auto Service. The suspects committed theft and attempted to flee the location. The business had been burglarized the previous two days. Employees stayed after hours in case the suspects returned. The suspects did return and were detained until deputies arrived. The deputies located a couple of backpacks containing stolen property and burglary tools near a vehicle that was burglarized. Deputies located the vehicle the suspects arrived in, a grey 1999, Chevy Suburban, and it was found to be stolen out of Pomona.

Walton was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for burglary and possession of stolen property. Walton is on Post Release Community Supervision and has no bail. Ronquillo was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for burglary and an unrelated warrant, his bail amount is $45,000.
