SUMMARY:
The 71-year-old victim allowed Jameson and Rosa to stay at his residence in Crestline because they had no place to stay. An argument ensued when the victim observed Jameson and Rosa using illicit drugs at his home. During the altercation, the victim recalled Jameson taking the victim’s hangun and pointing it at him prior to the victim losing conciousness.
