80-hour Interactive course designed for the new non-sworn supervisor in a Law Enforcement agency.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sergeants may not take this course as a substitute for the mandatory 80-hr post supervisory course.<\/em><\/p><\/td>\n

This course is POST certified and is taught in a facilitated Modular format of Two 8-hour days per month over a 5-month time frame. This extended format <\/em><\/strong>encourages networking and helps to develop leadership skills and team building in supervisors.<\/em><\/strong>\n

Major topics include: Ethics Leadership, Counseling and Communication, Liability, Legal issues, Personnel management, Laws and Standards. Role- playing exercises.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
