INCIDENT:         PC182 Conspiracy to commit commercial burglary

PC12022.1 Felony committed while out on bail or released

LOCATION:       12000 Block of 11th St, Yucaipa

SUSPECT(S):     Daniel Henderson, 24-year-old resident of Calimesa

Ana Granados, 30-year-old resident of Rialto

VICTIM(S):        Road Runner Towing

SUMMARY:

Observant citizens on Yucaipa Blvd watched as a white male adult exited his vehicle and jumped the fence of Road Runner Towing while the business was closed. They called the Sheriff’s department and kept watch until deputies arrived. As deputies searched the storage yard, the citizens saw the suspect running towards Yucaipa Blvd. Deputies chased the suspect, who was later identified as Daniel Henderson and caught up with and detained him.  Deputies investigation showed Henderson was trying to steal car parts from the tow company storage yard.

As they continued their investigation, deputies also contacted Henderson’s girlfriend, who was acting as his lookout in a nearby parked car.  She was identified as Ana Granados. Henderson was arrested for PC182 – Conspiracy and PC12022.1 – Committing a felony while out on bail – Henderson was out on bail for a prior felony assault case.  He was booked at the Central Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of $100,000.00 bail. Granados was arrested and booked for PC182 – Conspiracy and is being held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
