LOCATION: Intersection of Fairport Way / Wheaton Circle, Yucaipa


SUSPECT:    Unknown – White male, approximately 25 years old, 5’10”, thin build (150-160 lbs.)

Last seen wearing a black beanie and dark colored thick zip-up jacket

Driving a white, Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup truck


VICTIM:         Chapman Heights Community Association



On Thursday, March 28, 2019 at approximately 7:54 a.m., a resident saw the suspect, described as a white male adult, approximately 25 years of age, approximately 5-10, thin build-approximately 150-160 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a black beanie, a dark colored (blue or black) thick zip up jacket, standing at the community mail box near the intersection of Fairport Way and Wheaton Circle. He then he got into his vehicle, a lifted white Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup truck, and left the area. The resident checked the community mailbox and noticed it was pried open. The suspect’s vehicle was captured on video surveillance as it left the area.
