LIFT Our Community invites you to the 2nd Annual San Bernardino Community Resource and Family Fun Fair, a free event connecting families to housing support, food assistance, medical and legal services, academic programs, veteran services, senior resources, and more. Enjoy live performances, entertainment, food, and activities for all ages.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event celebrates local nonprofits, teachers, and students for their contributions to the community, while promoting same-day services and community connection.<\/p>\n

The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) Outreach Team will be onsite as a resource table providing social service information, application assistance, and case support.<\/p>\n
