Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), such as non-profit organizations, community centers, hospitals, advocacy groups, food banks, schools, colleges, and homeless shelters, play a crucial role in assisting individuals with applying for and managing their benefits. With a BenefitsCal CBO Manager account, organizations can assign their own staff as application assistors to help community members apply for and manage their benefits through BenefitsCal.
BenefitsCal CBO Managers can:
- Keep track and view the progress of the applications submitted through their BenefitsCal CBO account,
- View and export reports for all applications submitted for the organization,
- Upload documents along with the application on behalf of the applicant,
- Create unique referral links to track outreach outcomes with Referral Campaigns.
