Dignity Health Thanksgiving Celebration

Dignity Health invites you to the Annual Thanksgiving Celebration at Community Hospital of San Bernardino, a family-friendly resource fair providing community members with access to vital services, program information, and support resources. This event is a wonderful opportunity for community partners to connect directly with residents and showcase the invaluable services they provide.

The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) Outreach Team will be onsite at a resource table providing information on CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, BenefitsCal, self-service options, and other social service programs. Staff will also have promotional items available for attendees.

Date: Monday, November 24, 2025
Time: Open to community from 5 – 7 p.m. (Set up from 3 – 4:45 p.m.)
