OneLegacy’s Connecting the Dots Health & Resource Fair

Join OneLegacy and the Fontana Department of Motor Vehicles for the Second Annual Connecting the Dots Health and Resource Fair. This event connects the public with vital local services that support health, wellness, and quality of life. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about organ, eye, and tissue donation, as well as contribute to critical blood donation needs in the Inland Empire.

Community members are invited to explore a wide range of wellness resources and learn how to make a meaningful impact.

The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) Outreach Team will be onsite as a resource table providing social service information, application assistance, and case support.
