Space:

Date:
Check your event is on a date the TAD Mobile Office is available. Use our calendar to find a day with an opening. The TAD Mobile Office can attend up to two events per day.

Request:
Submit a request at least two weeks prior to your event.
Once you’ve checked each of the previous three steps, you’re ready to submit a request for the TAD Mobile Office!
