TAD Mobile Event – Lifeway Church Community Health and Wellness Fair

A blue and teal San Bernardino County Transitional Assistance Department mobile office parked in a lot. Lifeway Church and community partners invite you to a free health fair offering a wide range of services and resources. Enjoy presentations on diabetes, heart health, mental wellness, and more. Take part in light exercise sessions, health screenings, and access services like mammograms, dental, and possible vision exams—all in one place.

This event is presented in partnership with UCR Health and other local organizations.

The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) Outreach Team will be onsite with the Mobile Office providing social service information, application assistance, document services, and case support.
