Right-of-Way Vacation and Abandonment–Public Works

Please review the following requirements:



  • I/We do hereby request that studies be commenced to determine whether the vacation of the above public rights are in the public's interest; and if the aforementioned studies find the vacation is in the public's interest, and that the appropriate manner to perform the vacation is through the Board of Supervisor's public hearing process, as opposed to the Board of Supervisor's consent item process, then

  • I/We do further agree to pay all required fees, including newspaper advertising costs as said newspaper advertising is required in accordance with Section 8322 of said Streets & Highways Code.
