Public Works Permit Conditions

After you submit your application, the County may require that you satisfy certain conditions prior to your permit being issued and final inspection. You will find listed some of the most common conditions and directions on how to satisfy them.

Direct Crossing This move is only for the direct crossing of load and/or vehicle to cross CMRS road from one property to another, this permit does not allow the load and/or vehicle to travel along any CMRS road(s). Find out more. Find out more.
CDWMP Part II CDWMP Part II must be submitted prior to the Final Inspection. Find out more. After CDWMP part 1 is approved by SWMD staff, then you can see “Amendment” under the "ACTION" column in "MY RECORDS". If you click "Amendment" under "ACTION", the CDWMP Part 2 application opens.
